| Description | A ready-to-use 2x amplification premix that removes the classic limitation of high-fidelity polymerases in library workflows: inability to extend through uracil-containing templates and primers. Because the enzyme copies dUTP-bearing DNA without stalling, it amplifies directional libraries built with dUTP second-strand chemistry, and an added enhancement complex sustains strong yields across GC-extreme and complex templates. Only primers and template are added, minimising handling error and improving throughput and reproducibility. |
