Product Name Dual-Mode mRNA Library Prep Kit for mainstream sequencing Platforms (Stranded and Non-Stranded)
Catalog No. REKI-0069
Description An mRNA transcriptome library prep kit developed for mainstream sequencing platforms that merges second-strand cDNA synthesis with end repair and A-tailing, cutting library prep time substantially. Two second-strand synthesis buffers let the user choose between conventional and strand-specific libraries. mRNA is isolated with oligo (dT) beads, then fragmented, reverse transcribed, end repaired, A-tailed, ligated and amplified into sequencing-ready libraries.
Intended Use mRNA transcriptome library construction for eukaryotic total RNA on mainstream sequencing platforms.
Principle / Technology Oligo (dT) bead capture isolates mRNA; fragmentation, first and second strand cDNA synthesis with end repair and A-tailing, adapter ligation and amplification build the library; a dUTP-based second-strand buffer delivers strand specificity.
Sample Type Eukaryotic total RNA, 10 ng to 4 ug input
Storage Conditions BOX I: 2 to 8°C; BOX II: -25 to -15°C
Package Specifications 96 T / 1000 T
Product Form Two-box kit with oligo (dT) magnetic beads and library modules
Key Features Second-strand synthesis merged into end repair step; switchable stranded or non-stranded chemistry; scalable to 1000 T
Compatibility Compatible with mainstream sequencing high-throughput sequencing platforms
