| Notes | 1. PI may cause reproductive toxicity, inhalation hazards, and skin irritation. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and use disposable masks and gloves during handling. 2. PI is prone to fluorescence quenching; avoid exposure to light throughout the process when adding staining solution. 3. If cell fixation is required, follow the methods outlined in the manual to ensure preparation of a single-cell suspension. 4. When using a flow cytometer for detection, set the flow rate to low speed (approximately 14 μL/min). 5. Ensure that the reagent is completely dissolved and vortexed before use. 6. Gently and slowly resuspend the cells; avoid excessive centrifugal force to prevent mechanical damage to the cells. |
