| Notes | 1. All fluorescent dyes are susceptible to photobleaching. Please take care to avoid exposure to light during storage and use to minimize photobleaching. 2. Propyl iodide is irritating to the skin. Please take appropriate precautions. 3. Propyl iodide is a known mutagen. Therefore, the solution must be treated with activated carbon before disposal. 4. Cells must be thoroughly fixed with 75% ice-cold ethanol; otherwise, uneven staining may result in unclear or biased results. It is recommended to fix cells with 75% ice-cold ethanol at -20°C overnight. 5. After fixation, ensure that cells are in a single-cell suspension; cell adhesion may affect the results. 6. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation. |
