| Description | Two-color kit combining esterase-reactive Calcein with propidium iodide, so living and membrane-damaged cells are counted in the same well. Viable cells with intact membranes convert the calcein reagent into green fluorescence, whereas cells with compromised membranes admit PI and fluoresce red, giving paired viability and cytotoxicity readouts across 100-test, 500-test and 2500-test formats. Store at -20 °C; shelf life is 12 months. |
