| Description | This blood coagulation accelerator is a white suspension liquid with a faint organic solvent odor, formulated for rapid in vitro clotting of blood samples. At 25°C, surface coagulation occurs within 1-3 minutes and complete deep coagulation is achieved in approximately 15 minutes. Serum begins to separate within 5-10 minutes, and samples are ready for centrifugation in about 20 minutes. The product does not interfere with clinical chemistry test items. It is available in 1 L and 5 L bottles. |

| Principle / Technology | The accelerator activates certain coagulation factors in plasma and platelets, promoting the formation of thromboplastin and fibrin clots. Together with the contraction of the blood cell clot, this achieves rapid separation of serum. |
