Description A mixed-species RNase H depletion kit for removing rRNA from total RNA of model animals, mammals, reptiles, birds and aquatic species.
Intended Use mRNA and noncoding RNA analysis across diverse animal species.
Principle / Technology Animal-targeted probes hybridize to rRNA, followed by RNase H digestion and DNase I treatment to preserve mRNA and other noncoding RNA.
Detection Method Downstream RNA-seq library preparation and sequencing.
