Product Name Universal High-Sensitivity SYBR qPCR Master Mix
Catalog No. NATR-HMM-0191
Description A universal high-sensitivity SYBR qPCR master mix for reproducible nucleic acid quantification across a wide range of real-time PCR platforms.
Intended Use Relative gene-expression analysis; absolute quantification; sensitive DNA and cDNA detection.
Principle / Technology An antibody-mediated hot-start polymerase, optimized buffer, specificity enhancer, intercalating dye and universal passive-reference system support efficient fluorescence-based amplification.
Detection Method Intercalating-dye real-time PCR.
Sample Type DNA or cDNA templates.
Performance Range / Specifications 500 or 2,500 reactions at 20 µL per reaction; compatible with standard and fast qPCR programs.
Sensitivity / LOD Supports detection of single-digit template copies under suitable assay conditions.
Specificity Hot-start amplification and a specificity-enhancing buffer reduce nonspecific amplification.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Add primers and template to the master mix and run a compatible standard or fast real-time PCR program.
Components / Formulation qPCR master mix containing antibody-mediated hot-start DNA polymerase, intercalating dye, optimized buffer, specificity enhancer and universal passive-reference dye.
Storage Conditions Store at −20°C protected from light.
Package Specifications 500 reactions (20 µL per reaction); 2,500 reactions (20 µL per reaction).
Product Form Universal high-sensitivity 2× SYBR qPCR master mix.
Key Features Single-digit-copy sensitivity; high specificity; universal passive-reference system; standard and fast cycling compatibility.
Expiration Date / Stability After thawing, store at 4°C protected from light for up to 6 months. The mix remains stable through 30 freeze–thaw cycles, and a complete reaction mixture remains stable for up to 6 hours at 4°C.
Compatibility Compatible with common real-time PCR instruments using or not using passive-reference normalization.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
