Description A blue, ready-to-use dye-based qPCR premix optimized for sensitive miRNA expression analysis and single-nucleotide discrimination.
Intended Use Quantitative analysis of miRNA expression.
Principle / Technology An antibody-mediated hot-start Taq polymerase remains tightly inhibited at 55°C and is combined with an optimized qPCR buffer, intercalating fluorescent dye and universal passive reference dye.
Detection Method SYBR Green I intercalating-dye real-time PCR.
Sample Type miRNA-derived cDNA prepared by stem-loop or poly(A)-tailing reverse transcription.
Performance Range / Specifications 125 or 500 reactions; produces reliable standard curves across a broad quantitative range.
Sensitivity / LOD Detects target miRNA from picogram-level total RNA inputs.
Specificity Discriminates single-nucleotide differences with reported nonspecific recognition below 5%.
