Product Name Universal High-Sensitivity SYBR qPCR Master Mix for Low-Abundance Targets
Catalog No. NATR-HMM-0189
Description A high-fluorescence universal SYBR qPCR master mix optimized for low-abundance targets and broad real-time PCR platform compatibility.
Intended Use Sensitive relative or absolute quantification of low-abundance DNA and cDNA targets.
Principle / Technology An antibody-mediated hot-start DNA polymerase, optimized buffer and specificity enhancer support efficient intercalating-dye qPCR with universal passive-reference compatibility.
Detection Method Intercalating-dye real-time PCR.
Sample Type DNA or cDNA templates, particularly low-copy targets.
Performance Range / Specifications 500 or 2,500 reactions at 20 µL per reaction; detection of approximately 1.75 plasmid copies was demonstrated with a 75% positive rate in the evaluated assay.
Sensitivity / LOD Designed for single-digit-copy and very low-abundance target detection.
Specificity Hot-start amplification and a specificity-enhancing buffer help minimize nonspecific products.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Add primers and template to the master mix and run a compatible standard or fast real-time PCR program.
Components / Formulation qPCR master mix containing antibody-mediated hot-start DNA polymerase, intercalating dye, optimized buffer, specificity enhancer and universal passive-reference dye.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C protected from light.
Package Specifications 500 reactions (20 µL per reaction); 2,500 reactions (20 µL per reaction).
Product Form Universal high-sensitivity 2× SYBR qPCR master mix.
Quality Control Low-copy detection, amplification efficiency and assay reproducibility are evaluated by real-time PCR.
Key Features High fluorescence output; very low-copy sensitivity; strong specificity; universal passive-reference compatibility; suitable for standard and fast programs.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Expiration Date / Stability Stable for up to 24 months at −20°C, 9 days at 37°C, 1 month at 25°C and 30 freeze–thaw cycles under the evaluated conditions. After thawing, store at 2–8°C protected from light for up to 6 months.
Compatibility Compatible with common real-time PCR instruments using or not using passive-reference normalization.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
