Description A high-performance first-strand cDNA synthesis kit with premixed reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and dNTPs, plus a rapid genomic DNA removal module.
Intended Use Reverse transcription; first-strand cDNA synthesis with genomic DNA removal; PCR; qPCR.
Principle / Technology Genomic DNA is removed before a high-performance reverse transcriptase synthesizes first-strand cDNA using a user-selected primer strategy.
Sample Type Total RNA or poly(A)+ RNA.
Performance Range / Specifications 50 or 100 reactions; genomic DNA removal at 42°C for approximately 2 minutes; reverse transcription in approximately 5 minutes; supports cDNA targets up to 15 kb.
Specificity User-selected primers support application-specific cDNA synthesis, including long transcripts and complex RNA templates.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Remove genomic DNA at 42°C for approximately 2 minutes, then perform reverse transcription for approximately 5 minutes at 37–50°C using the selected RT primer.
Components / Formulation Premixed reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and dNTP mixture; optimized RT buffer; genomic DNA removal module. Reverse-transcription primers are selected according to the application.
