Description A single-phase RNA isolation reagent that avoids chloroform and multiphase separation. The chemistry supports total RNA and small RNA recovery from animal tissues, plant tissues, cultured cells and microorganisms.
Intended Use Total RNA and small RNA isolation for cDNA cloning, qRT-PCR, mRNA purification, in vitro translation, Northern blotting and high-throughput sequencing.
Principle / Technology Chemical lysis and single-phase impurity removal followed by alcohol precipitation and washing, without chloroform partitioning.
