Description A rapid single-column kit for isolating total RNA from cultured animal cells. The alcohol-free lysis and binding workflow loads the lysate directly onto a silica membrane and removes protein, salts and other impurities through optimized washing.
Intended Use Total RNA isolation for RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, Northern blotting, dot blotting, in vitro translation and high-throughput sequencing.
Principle / Technology Direct silica-membrane binding after combined cell lysis and RNA binding, followed by rapid washing and elution.
