Description Superparamagnetic beads conjugated with recombinant Protein A/G fusion protein combining the IgG-binding domains of both Protein A and Protein G. This mixed-specificity reagent binds all major IgG subclasses from human, mouse, rabbit, goat, rat, sheep, and other species with high affinity. Ideal for laboratories using antibodies from multiple host species.
Intended Use Universal immunoprecipitation across IgG subclasses and species; antibody purification from serum/ascites; Co-IP with diverse antibody sources; antibody screening and characterization.
