Description Monkeypox is a zoonotic viral disease caused by monkeypox virus infection, clinically manifested primarily by fever, rash, and lymphadenopathy. The disease is primarily endemic in Central and West Africa.
Application This product is used for in vitro qualitative detection of the F3L gene of monkeypox virus in the serum, exudate from the lesion site or respiratory swab samples (oropharyngeal swab and nasopharyngeal swab) of suspected cases of monkeypox and other individuals requiring diagnosis or differential diagnosis of monkeypox virus infection.
