Description A micro-input silica-column kit for rapid total RNA isolation from very small animal cell and tissue samples. Dedicated DNA-removal and micro-RNA-binding columns reduce genomic DNA carryover and support low-volume elution.
Intended Use Micro-input total RNA preparation for RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, Northern blotting, dot blotting, in vitro translation and high-throughput sequencing.
Principle / Technology Chemical lysis, dedicated genomic DNA removal and selective silica-membrane RNA binding followed by washing and low-volume elution.
Detection Method Downstream RNA analysis.
