Description Specialized magnetic bead-based kit for extracting high-quality genomic DNA from soil, sediment, compost, and other environmental samples containing high levels of humic acids, polyphenols, and PCR inhibitors. A unique inhibitor removal (IRT) step using proprietary binding chemistry eliminates >99% of humic substances while magnetic bead technology captures DNA with high efficiency, producing DNA suitable for 16S rRNA sequencing, metagenomics, and functional gene qPCR.

Detection Method Add 0.5 g soil to bead tube with lysis buffer; bead beat 10 min; add IRT reagent, incubate 5 min on ice, centrifuge; transfer supernatant; add binding buffer and magnetic beads; incubate 5 min; magnetic separate; wash 2×; elute in 50-100 µL
