In the field of molecular biology research, the isolation of high-quality mRNA is a fundamental and critical step that directly impacts the success of subsequent experiments. Eukaryotic mRNA, characterized by its unique 3' Poly (A) tail, serves as the key template for gene expression analysis, enabling researchers to explore transcriptional regulation, protein synthesis mechanisms, and the molecular basis of biological processes.

Traditional mRNA isolation methods often face challenges such as low yield, poor purity, time-consuming procedures, and susceptibility to RNA degradation. These limitations can hinder downstream applications like RT-PCR, cDNA library construction, and Northern blotting, leading to inaccurate results or failed experiments.

With the rapid advancement of life science research, there is an increasing demand for efficient, reliable, and user-friendly tools for mRNA purification. Mag Oligo dT-2.8 µm beads are developed to address these unmet needs. Leveraging the specific base-pairing interaction between Oligo (dT) and the Poly (A) tail of eukaryotic mRNA, these magnetic beads offer a streamlined approach to isolate intact, high-purity mRNA from complex samples.
They eliminate the need for labor-intensive steps such as column chromatography or gradient centrifugation, significantly reducing the time required for sample processing.
The magnetic bead-based system ensures excellent reproducibility, as the binding and elution conditions are highly controllable, minimizing experimental variability between batches.

High Specificity Binding: Covalently coupled Oligo (dT) sequences exhibit strong and specific complementarity to the Poly (A) tail of eukaryotic mRNA, ensuring minimal contamination from rRNA, tRNA, or genomic DNA.
Optimal Bead Size: The 2.8 µm bead diameter balances efficient binding capacity and rapid magnetic separation, allowing for quick handling without compromising recovery efficiency.
Stable Performance: Manufactured with strict quality control standards, the beads maintain consistent binding affinity and stability under recommended storage and experimental conditions.
Broad Sample Compatibility: Suitable for isolating mRNA from eukaryotic total RNA, as well as direct lysates of various plant and animal tissues, cells, and other eukaryotic samples.
Gentle Isolation Process: The non-toxic preservation fluid and mild binding/elution conditions protect the integrity of mRNA, preserving its biological activity for downstream experiments.
Easy to Operate: Compatible with standard magnetic separation equipment, requiring no specialized instruments and enabling straightforward integration into existing laboratory workflows.

Superior Purity: Delivers mRNA with high purity (typically >95% mRNA content) to ensure reliable results in sensitive downstream applications like RT-PCR and RACE.
High Yield: Optimized bead surface area and Oligo (dT) density maximize mRNA binding capacity, achieving high recovery rates even from small sample volumes.
Time-Saving Workflow: Reduces the entire mRNA isolation process to less than 30 minutes, significantly shortening experimental cycles compared to traditional methods.
Long Shelf Life: Maintains stable performance for up to 2 years when stored at 2-8°C, providing long-term usability and reducing the need for frequent product replacement.
Low Background Contamination: The covalent coupling of Oligo (dT) prevents leaching during experiments, minimizing background noise in downstream assays.
Versatile Application Support: Compatible with a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including RT-PCR, solid-phase cDNA library construction, RACE, Northern blotting, and more, meeting diverse research needs.
