| Description | Magrose DEAE is a weak anion-exchange magnetic bead with fast magnetic responsiveness, abundant ion exchange capacity and very high protein binding capacity. The ion exchange ligand is diethylaminoethyl (DEAE), which maintains a high protein binding capacity over a stable pH range of 3-12. Compared to traditional column chromatography purification, Magrose DEAE beads eliminate the need for pretreatment of crude protein samples (e.g., tedious centrifugation, time-consuming filtration), in addition to eliminating the need for controlled flow rates and column pressures, and eliminating the need for expensive chromatography equipment. For skilled operators, the extraction of high-purity target proteins can be completed in a very short time, and multiple samples can be easily processed in parallel for high-throughput protein purification. |
