Product Name Low-Background Stable Multiplex Probe qPCR Premix
Catalog No. NATR-HMM-0208
Description A concentrated 5× multiplex probe qPCR premix designed for low reagent-derived DNA background and long-term stability after complete primer/probe premixing.
Intended Use Multiplex bacterial pathogen testing and detection of E. coli-related biological-product contaminants.
Principle / Technology A high-specificity hot-start polymerase, dual-antibody blocking and optimized buffer suppress primer/probe interactions during storage, while background-DNA control and a dUTP/UDG system reduce false-positive contamination.
Detection Method Multiplex fluorescent probe-based real-time PCR.
Sample Type DNA templates from bacterial pathogen assays and compatible biological-product testing samples.
Performance Range / Specifications 200 or 500 reactions; 5× premix; linear range of approximately 10–10⁵ copies/µL with amplification efficiency around 100% in the reported evaluation.
Sensitivity / LOD Supports low-copy multiplex DNA detection across a broad quantitative range.
Specificity Strong 3′ mismatch recognition and hot-start blocking limit nonspecific amplification and primer/probe cross-interactions.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Premix the 5× reagent with assay primers and probes, then add the DNA sample and run a compatible multiplex probe-qPCR program.
Components / Formulation 5× multiplex probe qPCR premix containing hot-start Taq polymerase, optimized buffer, dUTP and UDG carryover-control chemistry.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
Package Specifications 200 reactions; 500 reactions.
Product Form 5× low-background multiplex probe qPCR premix.
Quality Control Reagent-background DNA, amplification efficiency, quantitative linearity, premix stability and carryover-control performance are evaluated.
Key Features Low reagent-derived DNA background; stable full primer/probe premixing; approximately 100% amplification efficiency in the tested range; dUTP/UDG carryover control; simple sample-addition workflow.
Concentration 5× premix.
Shipping Conditions Ship at or below 0°C.
Expiration Date / Stability After primer/probe premixing, reported performance remained stable for 28 days at 37°C and 50 freeze–thaw cycles.
Compatibility Compatible with common multichannel real-time PCR instruments used for multiplex probe assays.
Application Notes / Precautions Use assay-specific primers and probes and include no-template controls to monitor background DNA and carryover contamination.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
