Product Name Hybridisation and Wash Kit with Universal Blocking Oligo for mainstream sequencing Platforms
Catalog No. REKI-0053
Description A hybridisation and wash reagent kit developed for targeted capture workflows on mainstream sequencing platforms including NovaSeq 6000. Paired with novel 100-mer double-stranded DNA probes, the optimised single-tube hybridisation buffer system yields stable, high-quality target capture with strong sensitivity and specificity for molecular diagnostics research.
Intended Use Target enrichment supporting tumour companion diagnostics, therapy assessment, hereditary screening, molecular breeding and molecular diagnostics development.
Principle / Technology Biotinylated probes hybridise to targets, streptavidin capture isolates hybrids, and wash buffers strip off-target DNA before sequencing.
Performance Range / Specifications Single-tube operation; bead-based concentration may replace a vacuum concentrator
Specificity Accepts both DNA and RNA capture probes of 100-mer design; blocking oligo matched to mainstream sequencing adapters
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Combine library, probes and blocking oligo, hybridise, capture, wash and amplify the enriched pool
Components / Formulation Hybridisation buffer, wash buffers and universal blocking oligo; capture probes ordered separately
Storage Conditions BOX I and BOX III: -25 to -15°C; BOX II: room temperature
Shelf Life 1 year
Package Specifications 4 T / 24 T / 96 T
Product Form Three-box kit with temperature-separated modules
Key Features Single-tube chemistry; low equipment dependency; dual DNA/RNA probe compatibility
Compatibility Compatible with mainstream sequencing platforms including NovaSeq 6000 and matched probe panels
