Product Name Hematology Analyzer Enzymatic Cleaner Concentrate
Catalog No. ATRCS-0017
Description An enzymatic cleaning concentrate specifically developed for hematology analyzers to remove proteinaceous deposits, lipid residues, and cellular debris from fluidic pathways, counting apertures, and mixing chambers. The dual-enzyme system (protease and lipase) digests stubborn biological material that alkaline or acidic cleaners alone cannot remove.
Intended Use Routine and deep cleaning of hematology analyzer fluidic systems, including impedance counting apertures, flow cytometry flow cells, and sample probes.
Principle / Technology Enzymatic digestion of protein and lipid deposits combined with surfactant dispersion
Detection Method Dilute 1:50 with deionized water; circulate through analyzer fluidics for 15–30 minutes per manufacturer protocol; follow with rinse cycles
Components / Formulation Subtilisin protease (≥500 U/mL), microbial lipase (≥200 U/mL), non-ionic surfactants, Tris buffer, preservatives (ProClin 300)
Storage Conditions Store at 2–8 °C; do not freeze; protect from direct light
Shelf Life 18 months from manufacture date when stored as directed
Package Specifications 250 mL, 1 L HDPE bottles
Product Form Clear to slightly hazy liquid concentrate, colorless
Key Features Dual-enzyme system removes both protein and lipid deposits; non-corrosive to instrument components; biodegradable enzymes; compatible with major hematology analyzer brands including Sysmex, Beckman Coulter, Mindray, and Abbott platforms
Purity Protease activity ≥500 U/mL; lipase activity ≥200 U/mL
Concentration As specified (concentrate or ready-to-use)
Activity / Unit Definition Cleaning efficacy validated by instrument carryover testing
Molecular Weight Not applicable — detergent/surfactant formulations
Source / Origin Synthetic detergent and surfactant components
pH Range / Optimal pH pH 7.8–8.2 (working solution at 25 °C)
Shipping Conditions Cold pack 2–8 °C; short-term ambient transport acceptable (<72 hours)
Expiration Date / Stability 18 months at 2–8 °C; bring to room temperature before dilution; discard if turbidity or precipitate forms
Regulatory / Compliance CE-IVD marked for use with in vitro diagnostic instruments; manufactured under ISO 13485 quality system
Compatibility Compatible with all hematology analyzer fluidic materials including PEEK, PTFE, stainless steel, and ruby orifices; not for use with cellulose acetate membranes
Recommended Buffer System Use undiluted or dilute per instrument manufacturer specification
Application Notes / Precautions For instruments with heavy buildup, perform two consecutive cleaning cycles. After enzymatic cleaning, flush system with at least 5 volumes of diluent before running quality control samples. Do not mix with bleach or other oxidizing cleaners.
Batch-to-Batch Consistency pH and conductivity within ±5% of reference lot; cleaning efficacy validated
