Description A dual-purpose silica-column kit for recovering DNA from TAE or TBE agarose gels and purifying PCR products or other crude DNA preparations. The workflow requires no column equilibration.
Intended Use Agarose gel DNA recovery and cleanup of PCR or enzymatic reaction products before ligation, transformation, restriction digestion, in vitro transcription, sequencing or microinjection.
Principle / Technology Gel dissolution or direct sample conditioning followed by selective silica-membrane binding, washing and elution.
