Product Name Fluorescent Magnetic Microspheres for Lateral Flow Assays (300 nm, Red)
Catalog No. MAGBEA-0022
Description Superparamagnetic fluorescent microspheres internally doped with red fluorescent dye and coated with carboxyl surface groups for covalent antibody conjugation. The dual magnetic and fluorescent properties enable both magnetic separation during conjugation and washing steps and fluorescent signal detection in lateral flow test strips. These particles are designed for high-sensitivity sandwich immunoassay development in rapid diagnostic test platforms.
Intended Use Fluorescent labeling and magnetic capture platform for lateral flow immunoassay test strip development.
Principle / Technology Fluorescent dye-embedded polymer microspheres with surface carboxyl groups for antibody conjugation and superparamagnetic core for separation
Detection Method Fluorescence reader for lateral flow test strips; UV lamp for visual confirmation
Sample Type Lateral flow immunoassay test strips for infectious disease, cardiac marker, and hormone detection
