Description A large-scale plasmid purification kit combining alkaline lysis, color-indicated neutralization, endotoxin-removal chemistry and high-capacity column options for transfection-grade DNA.

Principle / Technology Alkaline lysis, endotoxin-removal filtration and selective column binding purify plasmid DNA from large bacterial cultures.
Detection Method Downstream DNA analysis and cell transfection.
Sample Type 100-200 mL overnight bacterial culture.
Performance Range / Specifications Approximately 50-minute workflow; yield up to 2.5 mg from 200 mL high-copy culture; 10 reactions; standard and high-capacity column configurations.
