Description A rapid extraction-free cell-lysis system that removes genomic DNA and releases RNA directly in culture plates for downstream gene-expression analysis.
Intended Use In vitro cell-based drug screening; cellular RNA expression analysis; direct RT-PCR and RT-qPCR sample preparation.
Principle / Technology Cultured cells are lysed in situ, genomic DNA is removed and the resulting RNA-containing lysate is used directly in reverse-transcription or one-step RT-qPCR reactions.
Sample Type 10 to 10⁶ cultured adherent or suspension cells.
Performance Range / Specifications Two-step workflow completed in approximately 7–9 minutes; compatible with 384-, 96-, 24-, 12- and 6-well culture plates.
Reaction Conditions / Protocol Add lysis working solution directly to cultured cells, mix thoroughly, incubate for the recommended lysis period, add stop buffer and proceed promptly to downstream analysis.
Components / Formulation Cell lysis and genomic-DNA removal reagents with stop buffer.
Storage Conditions Store at −30 to −15°C.
