Description A single-column total RNA purification system designed for difficult high-protein, high-fiber and high-fat animal tissues as well as routine animal cells, tissues and plant samples. Optimized lysis and selective silica binding support high RNA yield and purity.
Intended Use Total RNA preparation for RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, Northern blotting, dot blotting, in vitro translation and high-throughput sequencing.
