| Detection Principle | The purified antigen is encapsulated in a microtiter plate to make a solid phase antigen, which can be combined with the bovine leukemia antibody (BLV-Ab) in the sample, and then combined with the HRP-labeled antigen to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme-labeled antigen complex after removing unbound antibody and other components by washing, and then the antigen-antibody-enzyme-labeled antigen complex is formed after thorough washing and adding the substrate TMB to develop the color, which is converted to blue color catalyzed by HRP enzyme and converted to final yellow color by the action of acid. TMB is converted into blue color catalyzed by HRP enzyme and into final yellow color under the action of acid. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450 nm with an enzyme marker and compared with the CUTOFF value to determine the presence or absence of bovine leukemia antibody (BLV-Ab) in the specimen. |
