| Product Name | Human RUNX1 Mutation Test Kit (Sanger Sequencing) |
| Catalog No. | BDDK-HMM-0023 |
| Description | Mutations in the UNX1 gene occur mainly in exon 8, exon 3 and exon 4, and also in exon 5, exon 6 and exon 7. RUNX1 mutations are seen in 10%-20% of MDS patients, and patients with RUNX1 mutations are often accompanied by thrombocytopenia and myeloid progenitor cell proliferation, which suggests a poor prognosis independently of IPSS. This kit uses peripheral blood/bone marrow sample DNA as the test target, and designs specific primers to amplify exons 3-8 of the RUNX1 gene in the DNA of the sample, and sequences the amplified product with universal primers to analyze the mutation of exons 3-8 of the RUNX1 gene, and the results of the test are used to assist in the determination of the prognosis. |
| Disease Type | Leukaemia |
| Applications | This kit can be used to analyze the mutation status of exon 3-8 of RUNX1 gene, and the results can be used to assist in prognosis. |
| Sample Type | Peripheral blood or bone marrow |
| Detection Methods | Sanger Sequencing Method |
| Storage | -20°C |
