| Description | Patients with CEBPA-mutated AML have a high complete remission rate, better relapse-free survival and overall survival, and patients with normal karyotype AML with CEBPA double allele mutation without FLT3-ITD have a better prognosis. This test kit uses peripheral blood/bone marrow sample DNA as the test counterpart. By designing specific primers and adding specific universal sequencing primers at the 5' end of the specific primers, the CEBPA gene in the DNA of the samples is amplified by PCR and then subjected to Sanger sequencing to determine the mutation status of the CEBPA gene in the examined samples. |
