Product Name Protein A Immunoprecipitation Kit
Catalog No. SM-HMM-0031
Description Protein A/G magnetic beads utilize nanosurface technology to encapsulate Protein A/G proteins in high density onto the surface of superparamagnetic microspheres. The product has more antibody binding sites, uses fewer beads, and has a low non-specific binding rate, allowing for easy and efficient immunoprecipitation experiments. The beads can bind more than 300 µg of Human IgG per mL, and only 25 µL of beads are required for a single precipitation reaction. The large specific surface area of micron-sized beads dramatically reduces the equilibration time required for antibody and antigen adsorption, with antibody adsorption completed within 15 minutes and antigen precipitation within 30 minutes. The short operation time avoids the hydrolysis of the target protein caused by prolonged operation and ensures the activity of the target protein and the integrity of the protein complex.
Features High efficiency, high output, low consumption.
Flexible and easy operation.
Reliable and reproducible results.
Low non-specific adsorption.
Storage Stable at 2-8°C (can be stored or transported at room temperature for short periods of time)
Shelf Life 2 years
Applications This product can be widely used for the immunoprecipitation reaction of antigens in cell lysates, cell secretion supernatants, serum, ascites and other samples.

Immunoprecipitation (IP) is a fundamental technique in molecular biology and biochemistry, widely used to isolate and purify specific antigens from complex biological samples. It relies on the specific binding between antibodies and antigens, enabling the targeted separation of proteins of interest from mixtures like cell lysates or serum.
Protein A and Protein G are key components in IP kits due to their natural affinity for the Fc region of immunoglobulins (IgG) from various species. This affinity allows them to act as efficient bridges between antibodies and solid supports (such as magnetic beads), simplifying the capture and purification of antigen-antibody complexes.
With the advancement of life science research, there is a growing demand for IP kits that offer high efficiency, low non-specific binding, and user-friendly operation. Traditional IP methods often suffer from long incubation times, low recovery rates, or interference from non-specific protein binding, which can hinder experimental progress and data reliability.
Our Protein A Immunoprecipitation Kit is developed to address these challenges, integrating optimized Protein A/G magnetic beads with a streamlined workflow. It is designed specifically for research applications, providing researchers with a reliable tool to support studies in protein-protein interactions, post-translational modifications, and antigen detection.

High-density Protein A/G coating on superparamagnetic microspheres, maximizing antibody binding capacity (over 300 µg of Human IgG per mL of beads).
Minimal bead requirement per reaction (only 25 µL), reducing experimental costs while maintaining high performance.
Short incubation times: antibody adsorption completes in 15 minutes, and antigen precipitation in 30 minutes, significantly shortening the total experimental workflow.
Low non-specific binding rate, ensuring high purity of the target protein and reducing background interference in downstream analyses.
Flexible compatibility with various sample types, including cell lysates, cell secretion supernatants, serum, and ascites.
Stable performance under 2-8°C storage conditions, with short-term room temperature storage and transportation capability for convenient handling.
Two available package sizes (20 rxns and 100 rxns) to meet the needs of different experimental scales.
User-friendly operation that does not require specialized equipment, suitable for both experienced researchers and laboratory beginners.

Superior efficiency: The combination of high-density ligand coating and micron-sized beads accelerates antigen-antibody binding, improving experimental throughput without compromising results.
High yield and purity: The specific binding of Protein A/G to IgG minimizes non-specific adsorption, ensuring that the isolated target protein is of high purity and bioactivity, which is critical for downstream experiments like Western blotting or mass spectrometry.
Time-saving workflow: Short equilibration and incubation times reduce the total experimental duration, avoiding target protein hydrolysis caused by prolonged exposure to sample mixtures and preserving protein complex integrity.
Cost-effective: Low bead consumption per reaction and long shelf life (2 years) provide excellent value for long-term research projects.
Reproducible results: Consistent performance across batches ensures reliable data comparison between experiments, enhancing the credibility of research findings.
Versatile sample compatibility: Works with a wide range of biological samples, eliminating the need for multiple specialized kits for different sample types.
