Product Name Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit ( Negative Selection )
Catalog No. SM-HMM-0042
Description The principle of magnetic beads cell isolation is to use immunomagnetic beads to label cells, the cells bound to the magnetic beads and without bound to the magnetic beads are separated by an external magnetic field. Our Cell Isolation Kit has two separation technologies, negative selection and positive selection, for both human and mouse samples, and is suitable for different application directions.
Features Simple and fast: the target cells can be sorted in 15 minutes;
No need for a separation column: rapid separation of destination cells can be achieved by using a magnetic separator;
High purity: the purity of sorted cells can be more than 95%;
High activity: more than 99% active cells can be obtained after sorting, and the cell function is good.
Storage Store at 2-8°C, do not freeze.
Applications This kit is suitable for sorting mouse spleen and lymph node CD4+ T cells.

CD4+ T cells are a critical subset of lymphocytes that play central roles in regulating adaptive immune responses, including coordinating antibody production, activating cytotoxic T cells, and modulating inflammatory reactions. These cells are widely studied in immunology, infectious disease research, autoimmune disorder investigations, and cancer immunotherapy development.
Isolating high-purity, functionally intact mouse CD4+ T cells is essential for reliable experimental results, as contaminated cell populations can lead to misleading data in downstream assays such as cell culture, flow cytometry analysis, cytokine profiling, and adoptive transfer studies.
Traditional cell isolation methods often involve complex procedures, long processing times, or harsh conditions that compromise cell viability and function. Magnetic bead-based isolation has emerged as a gold standard due to its efficiency, specificity, and ability to preserve cell integrity, making it the preferred choice for researchers worldwide.
This Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit (Negative Selection) is designed to address the core needs of immunology researchers, providing a streamlined solution to obtain highly pure and active CD4+ T cells from mouse spleen and lymph node tissues.

Rapid sorting process: Completes cell isolation in just 15 minutes, significantly reducing experimental time compared to conventional methods.
Column-free operation: Eliminates the need for specialized separation columns, simplifying workflow and reducing equipment dependency.
Exceptional cell purity: Consistently delivers target cell purity of over 95%, ensuring minimal contamination from non-CD4+ T cells.
Superior cell viability: Maintains cell activity above 99% post-isolation, preserving natural cell function for downstream applications.
User-friendly protocol: Requires no advanced technical skills, making it accessible to researchers of all experience levels.
Versatile sample compatibility: Optimized for use with mouse spleen and lymph node tissues, two of the most common sources for murine CD4+ T cell isolation.
Stable storage conditions: Can be stored at 2-8°C without freezing, ensuring long-term product stability and convenience.

Negative selection specificity: Targets and removes non-CD4+ T cells (e.g., B cells, monocytes, CD8+ T cells) instead of labeling the desired cells, avoiding potential activation or functional alteration of CD4+ T cells caused by antibody binding.
Time and cost efficiency: Reduces experimental labor and time investment while eliminating the need for expensive column systems or additional reagents.
Reliable performance: Delivers consistent purity and viability across multiple experiments, ensuring reproducible research outcomes.
Preservation of cell function: Gentle isolation process avoids mechanical stress or chemical damage, keeping CD4+ T cells biologically active for functional assays like proliferation, cytokine secretion, and cell-cell interaction studies.
Scalable sample processing: Available in formats suitable for 5×10^8 cells and 1×10^9 cells, accommodating different experimental scales from small-scale studies to large-volume sample processing.
Research-focused design: Tailored specifically for preclinical research applications, aligning with the needs of immunology, microbiology, and cancer research laboratories.

For research use only, not for clinical use.
