Compared with similar products in the current international immunization magnetic bead market, this product has higher antibody binding capacity and lower protein non-specific adsorption rate, more uniform elution conditions, and can isolate >90% pure antibody from serum samples in one-step purification. The product is nano-sized magnetic microspheres with large specific surface area, which can greatly shorten the time required for antibody adsorption, and skilled operation can complete the antibody adsorption process within 10min, and complete the antibody purification process within 30min. The antibody purification magnetic bead kit is equipped with optimized pre-made buffer, which provides the best reaction conditions for antibody purification experiments and improves the stability of antibody purification experiments. |
