Description Superparamagnetic beads (2 µm) covalently conjugated with polyclonal goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) antibodies. Designed for rapid, high-capacity immunoprecipitation of mouse primary antibodies and their target antigen complexes. The uniform 2 µm particle size provides high surface area for maximum binding capacity while ensuring rapid magnetic separation in manual and automated workflows.
Intended Use Immunoprecipitation with mouse primary antibodies; target protein enrichment; protein complex purification; chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP); antibody depletion; automated IP platforms.
Principle / Technology Goat anti-mouse IgG antibodies covalently coupled to superparamagnetic iron oxide core with hydrophilic polymer coating; Fc-region recognition captures mouse IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3)
Detection Method Add 25-50 µL bead slurry per IP; wash 2× with binding buffer; incubate with antibody-lysate mixture 30-60 min at RT or 4 °C overnight; magnetic separate; wash 3-5×; elute
