| Product Name | Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP/AKP) Assay Reagent (Microplate Test) |
| Catalog No. | ETR-HMM-0031 |
| Description | Alkaline phosphatase decomposes sodium benzoate phosphate, producing free phenol and phosphate. The phenol reacts with 4-aminoantipyrine in an alkaline solution and is oxidized by potassium ferricyanide to form a red quinone derivative. The intensity of the red color can be used to determine the enzyme activity. |
| Application | This product uses the microplate method to measure ALP/AKP activity. |
