This product begins with the first-step PCR reaction, which includes reverse transcription amplification to synthesize cDNA. The products from the first-step PCR reaction are then diluted, and a portion of the products is divided into two separate samples to perform two independent second-step PCR reactions. Analysis is conducted using a melting curve. |
