| Product Name | 22-Item Meningitis Pathogen Nucleic Acid Detection Reagent (Real-time PCR) |
| Catalog No. | NATR-HMM-0017 |
| Description | Meningitis and encephalitis infections are caused by viral, bacterial, or fungal infections, characterized by rapid onset, rapid progression, high mortality and disability rates, and early definitive diagnosis is crucial for treatment and prognosis. Traditional cerebrospinal fluid routine, biochemical, staining, and culture tests have limitations in diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, making early diagnosis and differential diagnosis challenging. This product is based on multiplex PCR technology and can qualitatively detect and distinguish the nucleic acids of 22 meningitis pathogens that cause meningitis and encephalitis in humans within 2.5 hours. |
| Application | This product is based on multiplex PCR technology and is used for qualitative detection of 22 meningitis pathogens, including 12 viruses, 8 bacteria and 2 fungi. |
| Applicable Instruments | Real-time PCR Instrument |
| Detection Method | Real-time PCR |
| Detection Time | 2.5 h |
| Sample Type | Cerebrospinal fluid samples: Refrigerate at 2-8°C for no more than 48 hours. For long-term storage, store at -20°C or below, or -70°C, and avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
