| Description | Alta DiagnoTech LAMP probe master mix is supplied as lyophilized beads containing reaction buffer, Bst DNA polymerase enzyme mix and lyoprotective components. |

| Principle / Technology | Each lyophilized bead supplies the core buffer and enzyme system for probe LAMP; users add primer/probe mix and DNA template before amplification. |
| Reaction Conditions / Protocol | Use one bead with 5 µL 10× primer/probe mix and 45 µL DNA template. The 10× mix contains 16 µM FIP/BIP, 2 µM F3/B3, 4 µM Loop F/B and 4 µM probe. Run 30 cycles at 65°C for 60 seconds with FAM fluorescence collection; optimize from 62°C to 68°C when required. |
