Description A chromatography resin composed of recombinant Protein G ligand covalently coupled to cross-linked 4% agarose beads. This high-flow resin is designed for high-throughput antibody purification from cell culture harvest and biological fluids. Recombinant Protein G binds strongly to the Fc region of IgG from a broad range of mammalian species. The resin is supplied as a 50% slurry in 20% ethanol for direct packing into columns of any size.
Intended Use Affinity capture of IgG antibodies from complex biological mixtures for laboratory-scale and pilot-scale purification.
