Product Name Mouse Apolipoprotein B (APOB) ELISA Kit
Catalog No. DDMD-QCY-0054
Description This kit is a competitive ELISA assay designed for quantitative detection of apolipoprotein B (APOB) in serum, plasma, and tissue homogenate samples. Apolipoprotein B (APOB) is a protein synthesized in the liver, primarily present in chylomicrons, low-density lipoproteins (LDL), and very low-density lipoproteins (VLDL), where it facilitates lipid transport.
Application This kit can be used for studying lipid metabolism mechanisms in mouse models, conducting atherosclerosis-related experiments, or evaluating the efficacy of drug interventions.
