Product Name Enzyme Conjugate Stabilizer and Diluent, HRP/AP Formulation
Catalog No. ATRD-0020
Description Protein-based conjugate stabilizer and diluent for long-term preservation of HRP and AP enzyme conjugate activity at high dilutions. Proprietary matrix of stabilizing proteins and anti-aggregation agents maintains >90% conjugate activity after 12 months at 4 °C, dramatically outperforming PBS or simple buffer dilutions.
Intended Use Dilution and long-term storage of HRP/AP-conjugated antibodies, streptavidin, and detection reagents for ELISA, Western blot, IHC, and lateral flow immunoassays.
Principle / Technology Molecular crowding protein matrix preserves enzyme conformation; anti-aggregation agents prevent precipitation; chelators remove inactivating heavy metals; antimicrobial preservatives prevent degradation
Detection Method Dilute conjugate to working concentration; store at 4 °C up to 12 months or -20 °C up to 24 months
Components / Formulation Protease-free BSA, casein hydrolysate, glycerol (5%), EDTA (1 mM), Tris buffer (50 mM, pH 7.4), NaCl (150 mM), ProClin 300 (<0.05%), anti-aggregation polymer
Storage Conditions 2-8 °C; do not freeze; protect from light
Shelf Life 36 months in unopened container
Package Specifications 50 mL, 250 mL, 1 L HDPE bottles
Product Form Clear pale yellow liquid, ready-to-use
Key Features >90% conjugate activity after 12 months at 4 °C; universal HRP/AP compatibility; anti-aggregation prevents signal loss; protease-free BSA; low biotin (<1 ng/mL) for streptavidin applications
Purity BSA >98%, protease-tested; heavy metals <1 ppm; biotin <1 ng/mL
Concentration Ready-to-use; no dilution required
Activity / Unit Definition Dilution linearity R² ≥0.99 across specified range
Molecular Weight Not applicable — buffered protein solution
Source / Origin Bovine serum albumin, casein, and synthetic buffer components
pH Range / Optimal pH pH 7.4 ± 0.1 at 25 °C
Shipping Conditions Ambient; protect from freezing; avoid >35 °C
Expiration Date / Stability 36 months at 2-8 °C unopened; diluted conjugate: 12 months at 4 °C, 24 months at -20 °C
