| Description | Plant cells contain cell walls, and the BrdU antibody detection method typically requires digestion of plant cell walls, which can introduce impurities and interfere with the detection process, potentially damaging important cellular morphological characteristics and significantly reducing the reliability of the detection. EdU and Yefluor series dye molecules are small enough to easily penetrate the cell wall barrier, thus eliminating the need for cell wall digestion. Furthermore, this method can accurately detect cell proliferation associated with plant growth, development, and differentiation without requiring DNA denaturation, antigen repair, or antigen-antibody reactions, making it more convenient, rapid, and sensitive. |
