Description This product uses superparamagnetic microspheres to specifically adsorb nucleic acids from tissues, blood, plasma, saliva, swabs, bacteria, feces and other samples, and removes impurities such as proteins and salts other than nucleic acids by washing. The eluent dissociates the nucleic acids adsorbed on the magnetic beads and separates and purifies them to obtain high quality nucleic acids.
