| Notes | 1. Before use, centrifuge the product briefly to the bottom of the tube, then proceed with subsequent experiments. 2. Phenol red or serum may interfere with the detection of this kit. 3. Fluorescent dyes are susceptible to quenching. During experiments, please take care to avoid exposure to light to slow down fluorescence quenching. |
