| Product Name | 5′-TET (Tetrachlorofluorescein) Labeled Oligonucleotide |
| Catalog No. | PRIPRO-0007 |
| Description | A custom DNA oligonucleotide carrying a 5′-terminal tetrachlorofluorescein (TET) fluorophore. TET emits yellow-green fluorescence with excitation at 521 nm and emission at 538 nm, positioned spectrally between FAM and HEX. This intermediate wavelength makes TET an excellent choice for three-color multiplex detection schemes and as an internal standard in fragment analysis. The dye is attached through a phosphoramidite linker during automated synthesis on the 5′-hydroxyl group of the terminal nucleotide. HPLC purification removes unincorporated dye and truncated sequences to ensure a homogeneous fluorescent product. |
| Intended Use | Intended for three-color multiplex fragment analysis, SNP genotyping by fluorescent PCR-CE, gene expression profiling with multiplex qPCR panels, and as a donor fluorophore in fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) assays. |
