Description A large-scale custom DNA oligonucleotide synthesis at the 1 micromole scale, designed for high-volume research needs and pilot-scale production. Synthesized by solid-phase phosphoramidite chemistry with HPLC or PAGE purification as selected. The large synthesis scale yields substantial amounts of full-length oligonucleotide suitable for NMR structural studies, X-ray crystallography, antisense oligonucleotide screening, aptamer selection (SELEX), and diagnostic assay development. Each batch is rigorously tested by HPLC, mass spectrometry, and endotoxin assay. Custom formulations including salt forms and concentration adjustments are available. Supplied as a dried pellet with detailed analytical documentation.
