Description Yeast-expressed SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain covering residues 319-541 and carrying an N-terminal 6xHis-SUMOstar tag. Binding activity is verified against ACE2, antibodies, and an RBD nanobody.

Reaction Conditions / Protocol Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute with sterile deionized water to 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. For long-term storage, add 5-50% glycerol as appropriate, divide into aliquots, and freeze.
