| Description | Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) is one of the most commonly used buffer solutions. This product is a 1x PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. Its main components are NaCl, KCl, Na2HPO4, KH2PO4 and BSA; it is free of Ca2+ and Mg2+, with a pH of 7.2-7.4. The solution is sterilized by filtration and can be used directly for cytokine dilution, cell washing during cell culture, antibody dilution for immunostaining, and other routine applications. |
