Description A probe-based one-step RT-qPCR kit combining sensitive RNA detection with a thermolabile UDG carryover-control system.
Intended Use Virus detection, pathogen testing and gene-expression analysis.
Principle / Technology Thermolabile UDG degrades uracil-containing double-stranded carryover DNA at room temperature and rapidly becomes inactive at 50–55°C, preserving newly generated cDNA during reverse transcription and amplification.
Detection Method Fluorescent probe-based real-time RT-qPCR.
