| Description | 2× Antibody Hot-Start PCR Master Mix (No Dye) is a ready-to-use PCR premix containing antibody hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs and an optimized buffer system; only primers and template are required, simplifying reaction setup and enabling high-throughput operation with improved reproducibility. The hot-start DNA polymerase requires only 2-3 minutes of activation and is compatible with existing PCR programs. By preventing non-specific amplification during reaction setup, the mix supports reliable gene cloning and genotyping. PCR products carry 3'-dA overhangs and can be cloned directly into T-vectors. This formulation contains no dye. |
